Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.


Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.


Cancellation terms in most cases are:


  • With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page


Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The Space:
This three bedroom, one bathroom home was recently renovated and is the perfect home away from home for those exploring North Edmonton. Sunny, spacious in the summer and cozy in the winter—you'll have the entire space to yourselves. With central heating, laundry, modern kitchen, shared backyard, and street parking, this space is set up for longer stays too.

The house is perfectly located, close to parks and shopping centres.

BEDROOMS:
Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable King bed complimented by high-quality, luxurious linen and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep. Table lamps & colourful art brighten each room and create a warm atmosphere.

Second & Third bedrooms are equipped with comfortable Queen bed on lower & Double upper bunk bed, ideal for children. Complimented by high-quality, luxurious linen and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep. Table lamps & colourful art brighten each room and create a warm atmosphere.

The inviting sectional sofa in the lounge is comfortable too, with fully reclining options. There are extra pillows and blankets available for extra comfort.

BATHROOM:
The suite’s bathroom is sparkling clean, complete with shower, tub sink and toilet. We provide shampoo, soap, toilet paper and fresh, hotel-grade towels. There is also a hair dryer to use during your stay.

You’ll find there’s a shared washer, dryer, downstairs, equipped with all washing supplies as well as an iron and ironing board for all your laundry needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE:
The new kitchen is large and fully-equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge for hassle-free meal preparation. The ample counter space invites you to make a feast of it. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware are all provided. Enjoy your use of the coffee maker and other appliances. The dining table sits in the open dining space next to the kitchen, making it easy to chat while preparing meals.

Next to the dining area is the spacious lounge with a relaxing sectional sofa that reclines. Right in front is a 55" 4K flat screen TV, complete with Netflix and perfect for movie nights in. We’ve also included high-speed (150MB per second) WiFi.

If you need to work during your visit, please utilize the kitchen table for all of your workspace needs.

OUTSIDE SPACE:
Head to the shared backyard for some fresh air, a quiet spot where you can sit with your morning coffee or catch up with your leisure reading.

You will have full access to the main floor of this house, and the shared laundry in the basement.

We might not meet in person, but I already feel a kinship with you. Airbnb has opened a door for me to meet many guests and hosts, leading me to embrace the "home sharing" mentality. If you are not enjoying anything, please let me know. I will do everything I can to fix the issue. Thank you!
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quiet, safe, family focused residential neighbourhood. There is a school with a large park, playground and spray park just a ten minute walk away.

You will be close to MANY different kinds of popular restaurants within a quick 5 minute drive, and there are Save-On-Foods and Safeway grocery stores nearby. The house is minutes from the both the Yellowhead Hwy and Anthony Henday Drive which gives you quick access to the entire city.
Getting Around:
Best way to get around Edmonton is by car/Turo/Uber. With the Anthony Henday ring road and Yellowhead Trail close by you can get anywhere in Edmonton within 15 - 30 minutes. West Edmonton Mall 25 min, Whyte Ave 19 min, Downtown Core/Ice District 15 min, Edmonton International Airport 45 min. Also, public transport is also just down the street!
