Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

  • With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The Space:

This two story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom suite is centrally located just north of downtown Edmonton and is complete with its own underground parking spot. It combines a relaxing atmosphere with every comfort you need to feel at home.

The condo has two tastefully-decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space. Enjoy long nights of peaceful sleep surrounded by the warm ambiance. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, and the half bath is on the main floor.

With the sectional sofa in the living room and an air mattress the suite can sleep up to 6 guests. There are extra pillows and blankets available if needed.

The bathrooms are exquisite and clean: both en-suite bathrooms have a toilet, shower/bathtub, and sink.

We provide shampoo, soap, toilet paper, a hair dryer, and hotel-quality towels. For all your laundry needs, there’s a washer and dryer with the necessary supplies available for your use.

The suite makes it easy for guests to cook and eat meals together with its fully-stocked kitchen and appliances. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a bar-style counter as well as a separate dining table, enough seating for couples and families.

We provide breakfast foods and cooking basics as well as silverware, dishes, pots, and pans.

Complete with a sectional sofa, a plush carpet, comfortable armchairs, and an indoor fireplace, the condo’s spacious living room invites you to rest and relax. The natural light from the large windows and the glass door leading to the balcony add to the glamour.

Catch up to your favourite shows on Cable and Netflix with the 55” flat screen TV. You'll appreciate the super-fast Wi-Fi too (150MB per second).

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Central McDougall neighbourhood, you can access downtown, Roger's Place, The Northlands EXPO centre, Shaw Conference Centre, the Royal Alexandra Hospital and the Kingsway Mall in minutes. A mature area of the city, with character, and new gentrification happening all around. You can literally feel the vibrancy of the city from this location.

Schools, parks, ball diamonds and playgrounds are within walking distance. The Alberta Aviation Museum is also just down the street. The NAIT campus is a 5 min drive away.
Getting Around:
Best way to get around Edmonton is by car/Turo/Uber. The Kingsway/Royal Alex LRT station is literally just across the street and half a block down, you can reach most of the city via the LRT. With 109th Street just a block away, you can easily drive downtown in 5 min or less. There are multiple bus routes within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
You are one LRT train ride away from one of the hottest areas in the city, Ice District, bars, clubs, restaurants, casino, and shopping. Avoid costly hotels, without shrinking your experience. Live in luxury, in great proximity of downtown and all that Edmonton has to offer.
