Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

  • With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Furnished with every necessary amenity and featuring large spaces, it's ideal for families or groups. It's also a short distance from Walmart and restaurants and offers easy access to downtown and the River Valley Parks.

Spacious and clean, our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement suite is located in the family-friendly La Perle neighbourhood and offers convenient access to major Edmonton attractions: West Edmonton Mall & Hawrelak Park to name a few.

The home has two comfortable bedrooms, one queen and one double.

As the living room sofa pulls out into a sofa bed, the space can easily sleep up to 6 guests.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet, safe, family focused residential neighbourhood. Right across the street there is La Perle school with a large park, playground and soccer field.

Located just 7 min away from West Edmonton Mall, you are close to MANY different kinds of popular restaurants, retail stores and there are Save-On-Foods and Safeway grocery stores nearby. The house is minutes from the 170 Street, Whitemud Drive and Anthony Henday Drive which gives you quick access to the entire city.
Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around in Edmonton. With 170 St., Anthony Henday ring road and Whitened Drive close by you can get anywhere in Edmonton within 5 - 30 minutes. West Edmonton Mall 7 min, Whyte Ave 15- 20 min, Downtown Core/Ice District 20 - 30 min, Edmonton International Airport 20 - 25 min, and public transportation is just a couple houses down the street.

The house is a quick 15 minute drive from downtown, 15 minutes from the University of Alberta, 5 minutes from West Edmonton Mall and 25 minutes from the Edmonton International Airport.
Other Things to Note:
The house is located on a main roadway in the neighbourhood, right across from a school and near a transit bus stop. Being a basement suite if subtle noise bothers you, this may not be your best option. However, if you are looking for easy access to West Edmonton Mall, 170 St., Whitemud Drive and the Anthony Henday ring road, this is a great place for you!
